This pictureshows that in Jan 2006, planes were flying OVER Pprospect Park, primarily and to the right of PP.  As of Jan 2010 through April 2010, we see the pattern has shifted to the left, directly over Park Slope neighborhood.

This represents a change in Flight Patterns for which NO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STUDY was done. Moreover, the traffic was shifted over a designated historical district
