to Runways 4, 31, 22;

water to Runways 22 and 13 (why do they hardly ever use these);
Yellow indicates times when planes can fly up the Hudson River to
22 according to FAA GUIDELENS;
Green indicates times when plans can
fly to 31 OVER THE HARBOR--NOT PARK SLOPE;
