According to Carmine Gallo of the FAA,
Runway 22, historically,
is used 55%  of the time.
So WHY HAS IT CHANGED to 33.73%??



Red columns are flights over Kings County to Runways 4, 31, 22;
Blue columns are flights over water to Runways 22 and 13 (why do they hardly ever use these);
Yellow indicates times when planes can fly  up the Hudson River to 22 according to FAA GUIDELENS;
Green indicates times when plans can fly to 31 OVER THE HARBOR--NOT PARK SLOPE;
